Refund and Return Policy

RETURN DUE TO CANCELLATION OR PURCHASE CHANGE OF MIND

All products purchased from KUPHUKA VILLAMAN VENTURES SL. can be returned if they meet the return conditions. You must notify us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving them and ensure that they meet the following conditions:

  1. To return the product(s), you must send them back in the same packaging in which they were received (box, etc.) to ensure the product arrives in good condition. The product(s) to be returned must be unused and in perfect condition, meaning with all their original and complete packaging.

  2. Reason for the return. A valid reason for the return is required.

  3. Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.

  4. Returns of tested or used products will not be accepted.

  5. Returns of items that have been unsealed after delivery will not be accepted.

How does it work?

Contact us through the contact form to provide all product details. Send us the return package as specified in the conditions, in its original packaging.

Once we receive the products, we will examine them and inform you if you are entitled to a refund for the purchased product(s).

The amount for the product(s) will be refunded to the user, but the total shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

KUPHUKA will not cover the costs of the return (return shipping costs).

The return process will be completed within 30 days from the date the return intent was notified. The refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Returns of products that are not in the same condition as when received or that have been opened will not be processed.

Returns of products purchased with discount coupons will not be processed.

In cases where you believe the product is defective at the time of delivery.

How to proceed?

Contact us through the contact form to provide all product and order details.

Send us a photograph of the product so we can see the damage caused by transportation and/or defects.

Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to arrange for the return and instruct you on how to proceed.

Once the product is received, we will examine it and contact you shortly to indicate whether we accept the return. The exchange or refund will be processed as soon as possible, within 30 days from the date we send you an email confirming the return acceptance.

Partial returns and/or cancellations will result in partial refunds of the amount paid for the order. As it is a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
